Emotional Intelligence Workshop for Children (Ages 4-10) Duration: 5 sessions (4 weeks + 1 meet and greet session) Session Length: 60 minutes per session Description: Our Emotional Intelligence Workshop for children is designed to help them identify, understand, and manage their emotions effectively. Through interactive activities, games, and discussions, children will develop essential emotional skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. Workshop Outline: A meet and Greet session is the perfect opportunity for children to get to know each other, play games to build a sense of community and create an agreement about boundaries, safety, and intentions. Session 1: Introduction and Awareness Session 2: Exploring Emotions Session 3: Empathy and Social Skills Session 4: Problem-Solving and Emotional Resilience Problem-Solving Skills: Learn problem-solving techniques to tackle emotional and social challenges, fostering critical thinking and brainstorming. Emotional Resilience: Build resilience by embracing setbacks, fostering a growth mindset, and acquiring coping strategies. Our workshop creates a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves. The sessions are filled with fun and interactive activities, including yoga, mindfulness, art projects, games, music, and storytelling, to engage and inspire young participants. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% fee. I understand I am holding a spot, so reservations for this event are nonrefundable.
